Download the file "gus.exe" from the following
hyperlink below and
save it to your desktop (or folder of your choice) on the hard
drive.
Then run the program directly from your desktop or selected folder.
This program has been tested
with Internet Explorer versions 4.01
Service Pack 1 (which came with Windows 98) through IE 6.
For reasons Microsoft
doesn't care to admit, the animated logo
(along with other nifty customizations) are no longer available for IE 7 & IE 8.
Also eliminated with Windows 7
Operating System
is the Active Desktop (for good reason) and
MS Agent animated characters are no longer included or supported.
